Sports and Remedial massage can help with a wide varierty of conditions.which include sports related injiuries but also back problems, RSI, IBS, arthritis, stress, muscle spasm, joint mobility issues, sprains and strains to name a few. Sports massage uses a mixture of traditional swedish techniques (Swedish massage also available) but also many more soft tissue and mobilisation techniques some of which have the client working with the therapist to achieve the desired result. I have been practising professionally for 4 years and now have a treatment room at Musselburgh Sports Centre, 20 mins from Edinburgh - please contact me directly (not the centre please) if you have any queries or would like to book an appointment. Please note that there are some medical conditions that prevent massage, I will ask you about these when you get in touch. Prices start at 40 for a treatment. I have both male and female clients. This is not a sexual service.
