You can wear eye make up (oil-free) and you can still swim, gym or compete in a triathlon. You will not have to give up any of your day to day activities. Aftercare: Stay away from water for 24 hours (you can still shower, just avoid getting your eyelashes wet) Avoid the sauna or hot steam for 48 hours Use oil-free make up Use a water-based make up remover Don’t pull your eyelashes or play with them (this will result in you pulling out your natural eyelash) Avoid sleeping on your eyelashes Don’t use cotton wool products on the eyelashes as the fibres will stick Do not perm your eyelashes or use an eyelash curler on the extensions Brush the eyelashes regularly (I will provide an eyelash brush)
